Introducing the Agents of Bill Brown Realty

The Bill Brown Team has a combined 87 years of real estate experience and is comprised of a full-time Broker, Associate Broker, several full-time agents, an administrative assistant, field assistant and sales manager. As a team we have specialized training in BPO production and REO management. We currently list and sell residential, commercial, land and short sale properties of all categories.

Brian has been in real estate for 5 years. Previous to his time with Bill Brown Realty he worked in the appraisal industry. He is committed to the value of home and property ownership and has helped many clients attain their dreams. Brian combines his unique skills to assist his clients in achieving greater returns on their investments. He also has expertise in property management.

Kim is our principal broker and has spent his life in the real estate industry. Kim, with his sister, Melissa Hathaway, purchased Bill Brown Realty from their father. He is an expert in residential, commercial, and investment properties. His impressive knowledge of the market trends and the local economy will help you make the best decision in your real estate needs. Evaluating and selling properties in a reasonable time frame for the highest possible market price remain a top priority for the BBR team. Kim is personally involved in each and every report and REO transaction.

Bill has been in the real estate business for 47 years. He founded Bill Brown Realty in 1969. He is experienced in most facets of the real estate business and especially loves to train and sell others on becoming successful as an agent, homeowner, or investor.

Melissa, along with her brother Kim, is part owner of Bill Brown Realty. She has worked in the industry for 23 years and has been licensed for 14. She can attribute her success to Bill Brown and his superb training. Her motto is, "Dont be motivated by the money youll make, but by the smiles on your clients faces!"
